Intellect and Personality

Developing Mental Focus

In the everyday life our attention is frequently scattered.
We are easily distracted, sometimes disoriented and frequently unfocused. Compulsive mind activity might lead to stress, anxiety, depression and overall feeling of being lost and disconnected. By training the mind to focus we can access our own wisdom and vitality. It's a way to take charge of the direction and quality of our lives, our attitudes to work, family, the world around us and, ultimately, our relationship with ourselves.

WE WILL EXPLORE HOW TO:

  • Improve concentration;
  • Manage stress and anxiety;
  • Become reflectively self-conscious of the patterns of mind;
  • Access the state of inner calm and peace.
