GENTLE YOGA (Monday / Friday 9.30am -10.45am) - Anna Murphy-Moore
This class focuses on improving posture and breathing patterns, therefore revitalizing all the systems of the body. It helps maintain strength and agility, improves balance and coordination, increases mental stability and focus. It is appropriate for older adults and students new to yoga.
