Excessive stress and negative mental attitudes in our daily lives are the greatest obstacles to achieving serenity, health & well-being. Yoga gives us a unique opportunity to deal with stress on several levels. During the first class we will discuss how stress effects YOUR body and identify the symptoms that bother you the most. In the following weeks we will explore different strategies for relieving those symptoms, for example: body aches, tension headaches, insomnia, anxiety, digestive issues.
Each week we will uncover one yogic strategy for dealing with stress.
