WEEKLY CLASSES

Following classes take place every week at regular times. Drop-ins are welcome, however, space is limited, so please register for the class ahead of time. No payment is required at the time of booking.

If you are new to the class, please come in early and inform the teacher about any injuries and/or heath conditions. We are looking forward to seeing you!
